Pretty sure this week was brought to us by the word amoxicillin. A good number of kids were battling sickness this week.
A pretty sick RO squad took on OAA rivals Avondale on Thursday at the ROMS pool.

We are now getting ready to move into our holiday training.
We will return to action on the week on January 6th.
January 7th - We will host a double dual with Utica Ford and Hazel Park.
January 9th - We will travel to West Bloomfield for an OAA divisional meet.
Man of the Meet #1 (Avondale) - Sophomore Ben O'Neill. Ben had 3 first place finishes on THUR (200 Medley Relay, 200 FR Relay, and diving). His score of 190.10 secured him an automatic qualification to the Oakland County Championships.
Man of the Meet #2 (Avondale): Senior Nick Wickerham. Nick, who was sick this week, still had some great swims on THUR. He had drops in the 50 Back (6.1), 50 Free (7.2), and 100 Back (4.5).
Man of the Week #1:: Sophomore Hayden Forsyth. Working hard in the water and on the board. He had a drop in the 50 Free (1.1) and added 11.35 points to his diving score.
Man of the Week #2: Sophomore Jude Smalley. Great attendance. Great work ethic. Jude had drops in the 50 Free (1.46) and a monster drop of (33.65) in the 500 Free.
