On Friday afternoon, Royal Oak visited Clawson at their City Park.

A trio of Royal Oak pitchers limited Clawson to 5 hits and 1 one run,  paving the way for a 2 -1 victory.

Seth Werner started for Royal Oak. He pitched 2 innings, striking out 3 and allowing 1 hit and 1 walk.  Bryce Dunscombe pitched the middle 3 innings. Dunscombe allowed the lone Clawson run while striking out 3  and allowing 3 hits.  Dylan Landry finished up the last 2 innings.  Landry (4 - 1) earned the win, allowing 1 hit and striking out 2.

Royal Oak scored in the 3rd inning. David Neary singled with 2 out to plate Connor Traub.  The Ravens pushed across the go ahead run in the top of the 7th and a 2 out bases loaded walk to Joe Binkowski that allowed Werner to score.

Royal Oak is now 18 - 6 on the season.  The OAA Gold Division Champions drew Birmingham Seaholm in the pre-district next Tuesday at Brother Rice Field.
