STONEY CREEK HIGH SCHOOL: 23
The Ravens picked up a hard fought 33-23 league win over Stoney Creek. Contributions came from everyone in a game in which every point was crucial. Junior captain Sarah Soraghan played another strong game scoring 18 points including going 9-11 from the charity stripe. Sarah Ammon was steady as well scoring 3 points while grabbing 7 rebounds. Both Sarah's took key charges in the game as well. Tope Adesanya game off the bench a provided a much needed spark grabbing 5 rebounds along the way. Senior captain Elinor Kochanski knocked down a huge fourth quarter triple to put the Ravens ahead for good. The team improved to 9-8 overall and 3-6 in the OAA Red.
Stoney Creek was led by Lilly DiPanni who had 8 points. The Cougars are 5-11 and 2-7 in the Red.
