Outstanding day for Royal Oak girls track team at the MHSAA Track Regional 7. Many Ravens had some of their best performances of the year which earned them All Regional. Hava Szarafiniski and Elly Finch were State qualifiers and will be heading to East Kentwood High School in two weeks. Here are the following girls who were All Regional.

State Qualifier Hava Szarafinski finished 2nd in High Jump with a leap of 5" and was a member of the All regional 4 x 100 relay team

State Qualifer Elly Finch finished 2nd in Discus with a Personal Record throw of 106.6 feet and was All Regional in Shot put with her personal best toss of 35 ft

The 4 x 800 team of Mairin Daleny Dalziel, Anna Schroeder,Erin Synder, and Kate Meinecke ran one of the fastest time in school history and finished 3rd in the Regions, 

Captain Nicole Morehouse  becomes All Regional in the 3200 meter run with a time of 12:41

Mairin Dalziel Finished 4th in the 800 meter run with her new personal record time of 2:22. 

Kate Meinecke runs a 5:38 in the 1600 and earns All Regional 

Senior Annabelle Knott leads the 4 x 400 relay team to a 5th place finish. The All Regional  team of Mairin Dalzel,Tamia Conway Annabelle Knott and Kate Meinecke had a seasonal best time of 4:22.

Riley Ziesmer,Hava Szarafinski, Isabella Aquillina and Ella Schwartz were members of the All Regional 4 x 100 relay team with their fastest time of 54,22

And the 4 x 200 of Mia Conway,Anna Young,TaMia Conway and Tolulope Oke earned All Regional status with at time of 1:55

Some other impressive performances on Saturday were

Victoria Emery long jumped 13”11’, Jane Barnett ran a 14:12 in the 3200 meter run,Captain Jane Mitroff ran a 6:12 1600 meter run, Olivia Dumscombe ran a 67 in the open 400 meter dash..
