Summer Strength and Conditioning


Begins Monday June 24, 7:30-8:45am

 

All Royal Oak School District students (grades 7-12) are welcome!

 

Dates not in session: July 1-7, Aug 8-9, Aug 23-26

 

Due to construction at ROHS, our Summer Strength and Conditioning program will be held at Royal Oak MS.  It will be led by our Strength and Conditioning Coach Dave Potter and will include a focus on high intensity interval training, strength, and core training.  Workouts are approximately 45 minutes so show up anytime within the designated time slots.
